Before co-founding Tadavo, Tim Penasack served as president and CEO of Mesh01, a product testing platform for apparel, footwear and consumer goods brands, and led corporate development at Cisco, Demandware and IGT. He began his career as an airborne Ranger infantry officer in the U.S. Army. At Tadavo, he brings direct operator experience with the category and the buyers the platform serves.

Erik Holm
Erik Holm built his career building SaaS platforms for retail and consumer brands, including product leadership and go-to-market roles at NewStore, Salesforce and Demandware. At Tadavo, he owns product and go-to-market, translating the platform's research capabilities into something a product team can put to work immediately.

Ryan Bruggeman
Ryan Bruggeman earned his PhD from Northeastern's College of Arts, Media and Design, where his research focused on how product teams surface user needs that traditional methods miss. At Tadavo, he is the reason the platform's approach to consumer insights is grounded in how designers and researchers actually work.
Tucker Marion is an associate professor at Northeastern's D'Amore-McKim School of Business, a three-time co-founder and co-author of The Innovation Navigator: Transforming Your Organization in the Era of AI, with research published in Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review and the Journal of Product Innovation Management. At Tadavo, he connects the platform's design to the body of evidence on where AI creates durable leverage in product development.
